报错信息：
[root@chonggou-php source]# tar -zxvf php-7.2.13.tar.gz

问题：在下载PHP源码包的时候，使用的 wget ，然后直接是PHP的 mirror 地址
【http://php.net/get/php-7.3.0.tar.gz/from/a/mirror】
解压的时候就出错了，这个地址其实不是下载地址， 所以报错了！
解决：
上面的网址点进去，找到相应的下载地址，使用浏览器下载到本地后，再上传到服务器
